These resources are produced in conjunction with the FairShare CSA Coalition.

The links below will take you to detailed production information on each vegetable and include perspectives of three different farms at three different scales.  This information is gathered in conjunction with our Organic Vegetable Production Conference.  Where crops are listed twice, there are two separate documents with a total of six different farm perspectives.  New crops are added to this resource every year following the conference.
