FoodWIse Programs and Services

Dane County FoodWIse Nutrition Educators teach group lessons to all ages at many sites in the Dane County community. These lessons are available in English, Spanish, and Hmong. Through these lesson series, participants can learn how to plan and shop for budget-friendly meals, incorporate healthy fruits and veggies into your diet, and how to stay active as a family and as an individual.
