4-H Wreath and Roping Fundraiser Order Forms Due to 4-H Office

Many clubs participate in this annual 4-H fundraiser. October 19 is the deadline for 4-H Clubs to send their Club Wreath and Roping order form and payment to the 4-H Office. Each club will have an earlier date to submit orders to your Club Wreath Fundraiser Coordinator.

If you are not familiar with the fundraiser, here’s how it works:

• Club participation in this fundraiser is optional.

• If you participate, your club should designate a Club Fundraiser Coordinator.

• Youth must sell with a club, we will not accept individual orders.

• Here is the form you will use to collect the orders. You will turn this form and money into your Club Fundraiser Coordinator by the date chosen by the club. Coordinator information is due to the 4-H Office on Monday, October 19, 2026.

• 4-H Wreath Fundraiser – Youth Form – 2026 (Fill in the units and it will fill in the totals or print and fill out by hand)

• 4-H Wreath Fundraiser Item Photos & Descriptions – 2026

• Clubs will pick up the wreaths and roping on Saturday, November 21, 2026 in the morning.

• At pick up, clubs will bring vehicles/trailers large enough for their order and will help move wreaths from the parking lot into vehicles. Clubs will not sort out individual orders at the 4-H office. This should be done at another designated location decided by the club.

• Contact your club leader to confirm any club fundraiser logistics.
