All who are planning on exhibiting poultry at a fair this season must have their birds tested for pullorum. There will be two sites this year where you can have your birds tested. 

One site will be at Deforest High School on June 16th from 5-7 pm. near the greenhouse.  Here’s the Deforest Site link to sign up, as it works to stagger people. Questions about DeForest site – Travis Follen – tjfollen@yahoo.com.

The second site will be at Oregon Farm Center, 4636 WI-138, Oregon, WI 53575 on June 21st from 10-noon.  (No sign up, will serve in order of arrival.)

Before You Arrive:

1. Complete the “Flock Information” Section (Page 2 of the form):
   Print and fill out  the top half of the form before arriving. Bring this form with you.
2. Premise ID Required:
   If you don’t have a Premise ID number yet, please register for one at this link.
   This number is required on your form.
3. Leg Bands:
   All birds must have a leg band ID before arrival.  
   (Example: ZBands work well and fit a variety of leg sizes. However, other bands with numbers to identify the bird  will work.)
4. Please bring clean, dry birds to the testing to help make it easier to handle them.
