Record Keeping is an important skill for our 4-H members! Using the 4-H Participation Report and Permanent Record is a great way to keep track of all your participation in 4-H activities.

This informative Zoom will help youth (Gr 3+) and adults better understand how to fill out the forms accurately each year.

In addition to recording all your 4-H activities, these forms can help you summarize your learning and leading achievement, and are also used when applying for a variety of 4-H awards, like the Bronze, Silver, Gold, Special Awards and Funding Awards for Educational Travel Experiences.
