The 4-H Ambassadors have designed t-shirt options for purchase this spring in preparation for fair and camp…and promoting 4-H all year!  All proceeds will go to the 4-H Ambassadors so they can raise a little money to create more promotional materials and do activities in the coming year. Please take time to check out the T-shirt Mock-ups and review the ordering instructions below for your club and 4-H club families.

Each club will need to designate a Club T-shirt Coordinator who will collect the club orders and payments, then will work with the club treasurer to send in a collective order with one check. The deadline for your club order is May 31.

Families will fill out the Dane County 4-H T-Shirt Order Form for Families 2025.

The Club T-Shirt Coordinator will fill out the Dane County 4-H T-Shirt Order Form for Coordinators – 2025 – one per club.

Check in with your club leadership team to find out what the deadline is for submitting orders. Club orders are due to Dane County 4-H on May 31st.

All orders must be organized and submitted by a club coordinator. If only one family from a club is interested, that family will be considered the ‘Club T-shirt Coordinator.

T-Shirt pick up date is July 1st (or later) – More information will be available in June. The ‘Club T-shirt Coordinator, or someone designated by them, will pick up the shirts from the Dane County Extension Office.
