One of the participants came into the class having very little or no cooking skills and an unstable eating habit.   She shared that after the class, she learned to incorporate fruits and vegetables into her diet.

“I really enjoyed learning about new foods. The kitchen skills we learned here have helped me a lot.  I have learned so much“.
