Chrissy Wen recently joined the Dane County team as Interim Director, while continuing in her role as Director for Jefferson, Rock, and Walworth Counties. She brings extensive expertise in business management and a strong commitment to building meaningful partnerships across county governments, community organizations, and educational institutions. Chrissy is widely respected for her ability to connect Extension’s mission to local priorities, strengthen cross-sector collaboration, and lead innovative, responsive programming that meets evolving community needs.

Outside of work, Chrissy enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and three children. In the warmer months, they can often be found on the water or at the baseball field, while winter is reserved for skiing whenever possible.
