About the Role

As the Tax Assistance Site Scheduler, you’ll answer the phone to schedule appointments for the public at the Richard Dilley Tax Center Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) tax preparation site. Your work will help connect diverse audiences to impactful resources while fostering inclusion and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer calls and schedule appointments for the tax site via phone.
• Call to schedule, reschedule, cancel, or remind taxpayers about appointments as needed.
• Respond to questions about the tax site.
• Assist with tax site function and participant data collection as needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is organized, motivated, and ready to contribute to our mission.

• A high school diploma (or equivalent experience) and a background working with diverse populations.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and a knack for creating efficient workflows.
• A passion for community engagement, equity, and lifelong learning.
• Reliable transportation.

Important Details
