Welcome Jasmine Carbajal As The New Bilingual Positive Youth Development Educator 

Jasmine Carbajal is excited to start her new position as a Bilingual Community Youth Educator. She previously served as the Bilingual 4-H Associate Educator in central Wisconsin. She brings a passion for Extension and youth work. Her previous experience includes being a Family and Consumer Sciences/4-H agent at Montana State University-Extension and educator for FoodWIse. She holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Spanish and a Master’s of Arts in Teaching English as a Second Language. She also spent a semester abroad at Tecológico de Monterrey-Querétaro, Mexico during her undergrad.

Jasmine’s talent for building connections, immersing herself in the community she lives in, and positive attitude will make her the ideal fit for building a new career-pathways program in Dane county. She will also be able to provide support with the local Juntos program as she was able to implement and grow it in her previous communities.
