Civic Engagement
Civic engagement intentionally connects young people to community-based organizations and builds capacity to address needs and issues that affect youth through youth/adult partnerships, coalitions, technical support, and professional development. Extension provides opportunities for young people to participate in and shape processes in municipal, county, and non-governmental decision-making spaces.

- 23-24 YGP Members have been officially appointed to Dane County Board Committees!
- 23-24 YGP Pinning Ceremony will take place September 7th.
BYFY Updates:
- 2023/2024 BYFY Grant Applications are now open! The application link can be found here. Applications are due December 22, 2023. More information can be found on the By Youth For Youth program page.
