She also coordinates educational programs, the annual Organic Vegetable Conference, field days, and research projects.

Previously, Claire spent 12 years as Farm Director at Rooted, Inc., managing farm operations and personnel. She also served as the Human Resources Manager for Willy Street Coop for 3 years, handling HR functions for 110 employees.
