Winter Seminar Series is a four-week short course designed for professionals in the green industry. The goal of the program is to impart information that will assist green industry businesses in staying on top of new pests and diseases, timely topics and industry trends so they can offer the highest quality of service to their clientele and increase the profitability of their horticultural business. Continuing education units (CEUs) for arborists to maintain their certifications are offered. Although this course is designed for professionals in the horticulture industry, all interested individuals are welcome. The Winter Seminar Series is offered on Friday mornings at the Lussier Center from 8:45 a.m. to noon, with two presentations on different topics each session. Speakers consist of University of Wisconsin specialists, DNR personnel and industry experts. Registration will begin at the end of September, so check back for more information!
