Building resilience and flexibility into your farming practices will enable you to keep farming in the long-run. Learn how to take care of your most important tool – your body – while farming, and set up systems on the farm to support your whole farm crew’s health. This training will include hands-on learning opportunities that showcase ways to approach farm tasks that also protect your health, tool adaptations to support safety and efficiency, and techniques to implement changes at your farm that build a culture of wellbeing.

  • Lunch is included with your purchase of an event ticket.
  • This event will include simultaneous interpretation into Hmong/HMoob.
