Part of the Triple P for Caregivers w/ Children 0-12 years old Series
The amount of sleep a child will need depends on their age, temperament and developmental differences. Children who don’t get enough sleep may have trouble concentrating in school, be more irritable, or react more strongly to negative stimuli. In this class, we’ll explore some reasons for bedtime problems, and explore strategies to prevent and manage children the bedtime problems occur.
All types of parents and caregivers with children ages 0-12 are welcome to join one or as many of the classes as they want. Participate virtually from the comfort of your own home and walk away with more knowledge and confidence as a parent! Classes will be on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 6-7:30 pm. Each month has a different topic.
