Welcome our new Family Relationships and Financial Security Educator, Kula Yang

Kula graduated with her Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Studies in 2015 and received her Master’s in Social Work from UW-Madison in 2021. She has worked within the UW-Madison system for the past couple of years in HR, and also has been involved in community organizations serving low-income and homeless populations. 

As Kula transitions into her new position as the Family Relationships and Financial Security Educator, she plans to combine many of her personal and professional interests in mental health and family planning to improve individual and family relationships in the Madison community through outreach and education. 

She speaks Hmong, is a photographer, plays disc golf with her husband, and enjoys adventurous and scary Netflix shows.
